Urmați pașii de mai jos pentru a copia structura folderelor Outlook pe desktop sau în Windows Explorer.

1. În panoul de navigare, faceți clic pentru a evidenția folderul specificat a cărui structură de folder veți copia și apăsați Alt + F11 tastele pentru a deschide fereastra Microsoft Visual Basic pentru aplicații.

2. clic Instrumente > Referinte pentru a deschide caseta de dialog Referințe. Apoi în caseta de dialog bifați Runtime Microsoft Scripting și faceți clic pe OK buton. Vedeți captura de ecran:

3. clic Insera > Module, și copiați și lipiți mai jos codul VBA în fereastra noului modul.

4. presa F5 tasta sau faceți clic pe Alerga pentru a rula acest VBA.

5. În caseta de dialog Răsfoire pentru folder, selectați folderul specificat în care veți plasa structura folderului copiat și faceți clic pe OK buton. Vedeți captura de ecran:

Acum mergeți la folderul specificat, veți vedea că structura folderelor este copiată pe hard diskul specificat. Vedeți captura de ecran:

notițe: elementele din folder, cum ar fi e-mailurile, întâlnirile, sarcinile etc. sunt, de asemenea, copiate în folderele corespunzătoare de pe hard disk.
