Am nevoie de ajutor cu o formulă de adăugat

If a Cell already has a number in it for instance 5 and the document is saved. I then open the document again and in the same cell I add 5 again it should now show 10 instead of 5 with out having to manually type in 10 is there a formula that can do this?
