Since Installing KT V25 the following started happening.  I have removed all other Add-in's, uninstalled and reinstalled KT V25. (Note when uninstalling V25 and replacing with V24 the problem goes away).

When starting V25 from the Start Menu Excel Freezes when loading the KT Add-in.  When attempting to start again from start menu I get the message that the KT Add-in has a problem and giving the option to continue or disable the add-in.  When choosing disable Excel opens without a problem. (However no KT).  When choosing not to disable the add-in Excel freezes and has to be terminated.

When opening Excel from a previously saved Spreadsheet (Explorer, right click and open) Excel starts with the KT Add-in active without a problem.

Has there been any additional updates to V25 that might correct this problem.

Our development team provided a new beta, please download it here and give it a try.

And since we are going to have our Chinese new year holiday in 1 day, so please try it as soon as possible. Otherwise, I'll have to get back to you after 10 days. :(

The new beta worked.  Why do we keep running into this problem.  What is not in the public release that is in the beta?

Sorry for the trouble. We have updated the public release after we tested that the beta is stable enough. Now the public release is the same as the beta we sent you. :)

Amanda,  I thought I had purchased the upgrade last year to v25 and when I use that license code it is telling me my license has expired.The Reg was: Andrew Mitchell and code below.  Can you tell me if I have a current license?  After all the problems with the last few versions I'm now confused.  Here's a screen shot of my Help About
