Every time I try to start Kutools for Excel or Outlook, Sophos intervenes and I get the follwoing Sophos message:

'ROP' exploit prevented in Microsoft Excel

and then Outlook or Excel crashes.

Sophos gives the details as you can see in attachment.

Anyone an idea about the reason and how to solve it?
